Obituary of Brent Collins

COLLINS, Brent Brent Roy Collins, AKA Redman, passed away accidently on Oct.10, 2023 in Alberta. He leaves behind his father Roy Collins, mother Wanda Dickson, sister Rhonda, nephew Scott and his beloved son Nicholas. Brent was loved dearly by his family and was highly regarded and respected by his peers and scaffolding family from all the different Union locals he worked for over 20 years. He was kind, generous and liked to cook and loved life. Always had a smile. He loved to laugh. Brent grew up on Entry Island Magdalen Islands, PEI, and Halifax NS, then he ventured West to join the Carpenter and Scaffolding teams. He loved his work and was very dedicated to it. But he loved his son Nicholas more. He was his life. Brent had big plans for the future so maybe now is building the Stairway to Heaven. He will be sadly missed by everyone whose lives he touched and he also leaves behind many aunts and uncles, nephews, cousins and numerous friends all over Canada. A Celebration of Life will be held on beloved Entry Island in the summer of 2024.
