To Jim and Daniel please accept our condolences.
Your Mom was always such a happy and up lifting lady, made your day that much better. When ever we saw Marie in Vegreville, it was like we had just visited with each other a few weeks before. Judy had may fond memories working with Marie at the Two Hills Health Centre. Now she is in heaven laughing at your Dad's jokes again!
Rest in peace Marie, you made the world a better a place!

I have fond memories of Aunt Mary. I envision a strong woman who was always there for others and had a good sense of humor. The first time I met her was in 1977, just before my wedding. She stayed with Steven, Lyna and her husband at our home in the Netherlands in Wageningen. Unfortunately, this visit had been dramatic due to the sudden death of Lyna's husband. How positive she was at the time.
My condolences to the passing of your beloved and all of us Mary. We will never forget her.

Q: What will you miss most about Marie?
A: We will miss the warm smile, sincere generosity, and the baked goodies from her kitchen. Whenever we were able to stop in on our travels to Vermilion, a short visit was alway on the itinerary. Marie loved flowers and her charity work at the church. She loved having folks drop in for a visit. We will miss her greatly.
