HOLYK, Lorne Albert
September 17, 1956 – February 6, 2023
On Monday, February 6, 2023, Lorne Holyk of Vegreville, Alberta passed away at the age of 66 years.
Lorne is survived by his loving family, his wife of 30 years, Shirley; daughter Janessa; brothers Gordon (Sharon), Dennis (Sherry), Edwin and Arlis (Sharmon); father-in-law Clifford Berry; along with numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Lorne was predeceased by his parents William and Rose Holyk; mother-in-law Louette Berry.
A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, February 11, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Trinity Ukrainian Catholic Church in Vegreville, Alberta with Father Jim Nakonechny officiating. Interment to follow in Riverside Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Borschiw Social Guild c/o P.O. Box 1728, Vegreville, AB.,T9C 1S8.
