Alvin Lloyd George Davis
August 31, 1937 – April 26, 2019
On Friday, Al (Alvin) Lloyd George Davis of Vegreville, Alberta (long term care) formerly of Wainwright, Alberta, passed away at the age of 81years.
Al is survived by his loving family, his wife, Marie Davis; his two sons Lloyd (Mary-Ann), Tony, his two daughters, Marlene (James), and Linda (Mick); grandchildren, Cody, Denver, Dayton and Mattai; along with numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Alvin was predeceased by his parents, Isaac and Naomi; four sisters and one brother.
A Funeral Service was held Friday, May 3, 2019 at 4:00 pm at the Autumn Rose Funeral Home with Rev. Laureta Blondin officiating. Cremation followed and inurnment will take place at a later date in Newfoundland.
Al served in the Canadian Armed Forces for 25 years. He was a newfie through and through who loved his music in the company of family and friends. He will be for-ever missed.
