Obituary of Mike Paranich
PARANICH, MIKE
On Sunday, December 9th, 2018, Mike Paranich passed away peacefully at the age of 91 years.
Mike is survived by his children Audrey (Mike) Bellis Barbara Paranich (Wally Rutkowski), Greg (Faye) Paranich, Loretta McGee (Boyd Carnahan), Russell Paranich (Sue Weniger) and Corey Paranich; grandchildren Rachel Woynorowski,
Juniper Quin (Poorya Saeedloo), Colin Paranich, Megan Paranich, Brennan McGee, Kelsey McGee, Michaila McGee and Dagny Weniger; very good friend and close companion Dee Pardely and her family. Mike was predeceased by his wife Alyce; grandson Matthew; parents John and Victoria Paranich; along with all his brothers and sisters.
The family would like to thank the Staff at Vegreville Manor, St. Albert Sr. Residence and Edmonton General Continuing Care Centre for their care to our father, during his stay with them.
A Divine Liturgy of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Trinity Ukrainian Catholic Church – Vegreville. Basilian Fathers officiating with interment to follow in the Sts. Peter & Paul Ukrainian Catholic Church Cemetery –Mundare, AB. In lieu of floral tributes, memorial donations to S.T.A.R.S. would be greatly appreciated.
