GORGICHUK Margaret
October 16, 1926 – October 18, 2018
On Thursday, October 18, 2018, Margaret Gorgichuk of Two Hills, Alberta passed away peacefully at the age of 92 years.
Margaret is survived by her loving family, her husband of 51 years, Andrew; one son Joachim; one sister Hildegard Lutzak; three sisters-in-law Lois Gorgichuk, Judy Gorgichuk and Lily (Milton) Boychuk; brother-in-law Steve (Emily) Gorgichuk; close friends Lotte, Helga and the Englberger family; along with numerous relatives and friends, including those in Austria. Margaret was predeceased by one son Claus; her parents Josef and Anna Hocke; brother- in-law Mike Lutzak; nephew Greg; sister-in-law Jeanette (Andy) Lay; brothers-in-law Orest Gorgichuk and Frederick Gorgichuk and all her furry friends.
A Private Liturgy of The Word for her family, on Tuesday, October 23, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at St. Martin of Tours Roman Catholic Church in Vegreville, Alberta with Father Luan Vu as the Celebrant. Interment followed in Riverside Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the “Edmonton Humane Society - 13620 - 163 St NW, Edmonton, AB T5V 0B2.”
