Obituary of Chad Thomas Gulevich

GULEVICH, Chad Thomas April 23, 1990 – September 22, 2016 It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Chad Thomas Gulevich of Vegreville, Alberta at the age of 26 years. Chad is survived by his loving family: his soul mate Nichole; parents Tom and Deb and his brother Lee; along with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives and friends. Chad was predeceased by his Maternal and Paternal Grandparents and his Uncle Barry. A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, September 27, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at Sts. Peter and Paul Ukrainian Catholic Church in Mundare, Alberta with the Basilian Fathers officiating. Interment to follow in the Spas Maskalyk Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to “STARS.”
