January 23, 1920 – May 29, 2016
Pat was born in Mundare, Alberta and passed away peacefully on May 29, 2016 at the age of 95 years.
He will be missed by his sisters, Marsha Woloschuk and Virginia (John) Pasieka; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife Adeline; parents Andrew and Anna; as well as siblings and in laws Kate, Mary (Andy), Metro (Olga), John, Jennie (Mac), Bill, Genia (Ed), Elsie (Jerry), Nettie (Stan) and Nestor.
A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, June 6, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. at the Howard & McBride – Chapel of Chimes Funeral Home (10179-108 St.) in Edmonton with Reverend Darryl Crocker officiating. Interment to follow in St. Michael’s Cemetery. In lieu of other tributes, donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
