KULY, Phyllis Ann
September 13, 1945 – April 5, 2024
On April 5, 2024, Phyllis Ann Kuly of Vegreville, Alberta passed away in Camrose, at the age of 78 years.
Phyllis is survived by her loving family, husband Richard; Phyllis’ children John, Sherry and Brent; grandchildren Jana, Jacob, Anna, Jessica and Samantha; along with family in Eastern Canada. Richard’s children: Kevin (Bonnie) and their family Damien, Logan and Haley; and Shannon (Brian).
A Private Memorial Service was held on Saturday, April 13, 2024 at Autumn Rose Funeral Home in Vegreville, Alberta. Inurnment followed in Sts. Peter & Paul Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery – Mundare.
