I have been reminiscing about the trips we took, and the fun we had. A trip to Cuba where she surprised me by summoning the beach boy to bring us a drink and she didn’t drink. We both laughed and had our rum and fruit juice before heading out to take a tour of Havana. Next trip was to Veradaro and we went on a whale watching tour and up to an old Silver mining town. Next up was a trip out to Bella Coola, where we caught the ferry to Bella Bella and my cousin, who lives on Hunter Island. We went fishing and crabbing and put out shrimp traps. The look on Diane's face when my cousin pulled up a 40lb. Halibut and we had to find room for it in the small boat, was priceless. So many memories of a wonderful friend, we had so much fun together. RIP my dear friend

Your mom was such a wonderful person. I have so many memories of her that make me smile to this day. I think one of my favorite was moving furniture in the condo in Delton and breaking the a cable line and having to get a technician out on an emergency call so your dad wouldn't miss the hockey game that night.
Her smile and her laugh and her generous nature with all of her friends and family will be remembered and treasured forever. Hugs to Sheldon, Kim and Tyson and all of your families. She and your dad and celebrating in heaven with mom and dad today. Love to you all, Lori
